turkey and cheese pretzel pocket
What You'll Need
-
1 Ben's Soft Pretzels Baking Kit (follow dough preparation instructions that are on the back of the Baking Kit. Allow dough to rise)

Sliced turkey breast
-
Swiss Cheese
-
1/2 stick of butter, melted
-
Mustard (any variety) as a dipping sauce (optional)
-
Pizza cutter
-
Rolling pin
-
Non-stick cooking spray
-
Bowl of warm water
-
Baking pan (with parchment paper recommended)
After preparing dough and baking soda water as per the instructions on the back of the Ben's Pretzels Baking Kit, let dough rise 25-30 min.

Using the pizza cutters, cut a chunk of dough large enough to make your Turkey and Swiss Pretzel Pocket from.
-
Spray table with non-stick cooking spray and place your dough ball on top of sprayed area
-
Roll dough flat with rolling pin.
-
Add 6 slices of turkey to rolled out dough, add 4 half slices of Swiss cheese.
-
Fold half of the rolled dough over top of Turkey and Swiss cheese slices.
-
Cut the excess off and finish the fold to complete a wrapped pocket.
-
Dip completed pocket into baking soda mixture (make baking soda mixture as per Baking Kit instructions.
-
Let the excess water drip off from the pocket.
-
Place pocket on baking pan seam side down.
-
Cut 3 slices into the top of the pocket, top with pretzel salt.
-
Bake for 10-12 minutes in 500° oven. Rotate the baking pan 180 degrees every 2-3 minutes.
-
Remove from oven and brush on melted butter.
-
Serving with your favorite mustard dipping sauce!

Fold half of the rolled dough over top of the pocket ingredients.

Cut the excess off and finish the fold to complete a wrapped pocket.

Let the excess water drip off .

Bake for 6-8 minutes in 500° oven. Rotate the baking pan 180 degrees every 2-3 minutes.

Big Ben's monkey bread
What You'll Need
-
1 Ben's Soft Pretzels Baking Kit (follow dough preparation instructions that are on the back of the Baking Kit. Allow dough to rise)

1 cup sugar
-
2 teaspoons cinnamon
-
1/2 cup butter
-
1 cup packed brown sugar
-
bundt pan
After preparing dough and baking soda water as per the instructions on the back of the Ben's Pretzels Baking Kit, let dough rise 25-30 min.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-
Make a 2" x 12" cut of dough
-
Roll dough out to 48” rope
-
Cut bite size dough pieces out of rope
-
Add the sugar, cinnamon and pretzel bites to a ziplock bag and shake well.
-
Add the pieces to a bundt pan, then pour the sugar over the top.
-
Add the butter and brown sugar to a medium saucepan on medium heat and bring to a boil for one minute before pouring onto the bundt pan.
-
Bake for 35-40 minutes, remove from oven, let cool for 10-15 minutes then place a plate over the bottom of the bundt pan and flip over to remove.
